* SHIPPING *
First the product is sent to the address indicated in the order form or by email provided by the buyer. The shop will inform you immediately of an incorrectly completed order form which prevents making the shipping or may delay it.
Goods are shipped through Poczta Polska and Global Express services or via specialist courier, if a buyer requests so. If the shipping is to be carried by another carrier than the Poczta Polska, please contact us at the email address: militaria@joteef.com. You can pick up your goods at the seller's premises but only upon the payment to the seller's account by the available payment methods.
Goods are sent by registered express mail , registered express parcel or the express registered parcel depending on the weight of goods ordered and the delivery time, which depends on the location of the buyer's country. The seller is not responsible for the operation of Poczta Polska and other carriers designated by the buyer.

The buyer is charged for the delivery (shipping) automatically which is accrued during the ordering process online at www.joteef.com. The amount of fees depends on the weight of the goods ordered and the type of shipping and transport costs are dependend on the rates of Poczta Polska, or the carrier nominated by the buyer.

We are not EU VAT payers!
The payment for the ordered goods can take place via electronic payment systems like Paypal or a IBAN transfer to the company bank account.

A consumer who has concluded a distance contract has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason by submitting an appropriate declaration. However, it is limited in time and is valid only for 10 days. Goods returned in this mode will be accepted only if they are sent back completely complete and the product itself is undamaged. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the returned goods should be sent back to the Service Provider's address at your own expense. Within two business days of receiving the goods, the store will check the product and return the payment to the indicated customer account.
